Non-Alkalized, Single Origin, Bean To Bar Coverture CHOCOLATE BARS. Planet Rootz introducing our Chocolate Bars, sourced from one of the few BEAN TO BAR Chocolate manufacturers in Kerala. We make Coverture Chocolates from single origin cocoa beans (Kerala), using own natural non-deodorized Cocoa Butter. Our chocolates are free from any hydrogenated vegetable fats ensuring all health benefits of Cocoa.
Our chocolate making process starts at various farms in Kerala, from where we source good quality raw Cocoa Beans and process it ourselves. This would ensure us that all beans are evenly fermented, sun dried and roasted.
Our products are 100% natural as we do not do alkalization of Cocoa Beans. This is usually done by most large-scale companies to ensure blending of unevenly fermented beans. Alkalization tends to reduce the flavour and quality of Cocoa.
