JACKFRUIT VARATTY

Chakka Varatty is one of the very traditional deserts from Kerala that is made with ripe jackfruits. It is a type of preserve made from jackfruit which is highly appreciated for its excellent protein, vitamin, & mineral value. Jackfruit is cooked with ghee and jaggery, where it is made into paste. This Jackfruit Varatty can be stored outside for 4 days and can be refrigerated for a week.
