Tender Jackfruit Burger Patties in frozen fresh concept. These meaty jackfruit patties are low-fat alternative to Meat burgers, made with tender green jackfruit.
Step 1: Take out the required number of patties from the freezer and thaw for 20 to 25 minutes in room temperature
Step 2: Spread a thin coat of oil in a thick bottomed pan
Step 3: First fry both sides of the burger using medium flame then in low flame until crispy
Step 4: For the best burger experience serve it hot with a toasted bun layered with a thin spread of mayonnaise and ketchup, and a slice of your favourite cheese and a fried egg (optional additions - onion rings & lettuce)
